Do I have to be completely undressed? Will I be covered?
Undress to your comfort level. Most people get completely undressed, while some leave on underwear or sports shorts. You’ll always be properly covered, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. Your comfort is our top priority.

Everyone has a different pain tolerance, so we always check in and adjust based on your feedback. Whether you prefer light or deep pressure, we’ll communicate with you to make sure it feels right. If you’re ever uncomfortable, just let us know—we want your massage to be both effective and relaxing.
What if I only want one part of my body worked on?
That’s totally fine. Many clients choose to focus on just one area—like the back or calves—especially if they’re dealing with pain or tension there. This focused work allows us to spend more time using specific techniques to help relieve discomfort and improve mobility in that area.
Is it okay to talk during my massage?
Absolutely. Some clients like to chat, while others prefer quiet. We’ll follow your lead—whether you want to talk or relax in silence, it’s totally up to you.
What if I experience emotions during my massage?
It’s completely normal. Massage can release tension and stored emotions like sadness or anger. If that happens, know that you’re in a safe, supportive space. We’re here without judgment, and you’re welcome to feel whatever comes up.
Will I be sore after my massage?
It depends on the type of massage. After a Swedish massage, most people don’t feel sore. Deep tissue massage, however, can cause soreness for 1–2 days, especially if you’ve had long-term tightness. This is a normal response called delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and is part of how the body heals and improves circulation.
